Bass String Skipping: Double Octaves, Power chord
In the previous lesson we play a simple octave bass riff. This next is far more difficult. It uses two octaves which also create a power chord together. If you look at these exercises you will find that you need to keep moving your right playing hand up and down. These are really one of the best exercises to improve your right hand playing.
If you are having problems playing from bass tab and sheet music while playing try memorizing it first so you can look at your right or left hand.
