Fender Bassman 300 all-tube bass headTwo new bass heads join the award-winning Fender Bassman amp line. They’re big, they’re bad and they’re ready to rumble! The 1200 and 300 both feature a 2-channel tube preamp offering normal clean channel and a gain channel with variable distortion control. Channel switching and Mix control make for an extremely flexible front end. The on-board split band compressor allows for separate control of low and high frequencies. Compressor EQ Balance mixes for mixing low and high compressor outputs, and a Compressor Gain Trim lets you adjust level compensation when using the compressor circuit.A 10-band graphic EQ gives full-bodied tone shaping and features: • EQ Trim slider for adjusting bass signal level through the graphic EQ • Low and High frequency boost switches • Mid-Notch (great for slap-style playing) • Graphic EQ On/Off switch • Line-out switch (pre or post EQ) The back panel also features an Effects Loop and a Power Amp Pass-Through output jack for chaining multiple 300s or 1200s together. Balanced XLR and 1/4" line out jacks are Post EQ and effects, and feature a speaker emulation circuit for sending a natural sounding signal to the board.
