New Models:
MK-IV Baritone Nylon-String Guitar, semi-solidbody acoustic/electric,
Alvarez System 600 piezo-electric bridge transducer/preamp, tuned B to B, 26 1/8-inch scale length. A classical-style guitar with the depth of a cello.
MK-IV Standard-tuned Nylon-String Guitar
MK-IVm 7-String Guitar (The Magnificent 7!) steel-string, with additional Kent Armstrong 7-String Jazz pickup, 26 1/16-inch scale. Balanced sound and proper string tension for remarkable tone, feel and playability.
MK-V Electric Baritone 12-String Guitar, straight-ahead, 2-pickup, solidbody electric, with 2 Seymour Duncan P-90 Stack pickups, tune-o-matic bridge and stop tailpiece, tuned B to B, 26 1/16-inch scale. The voice of God.
Plus the entire line of MK-IV 6-, 7- & 12-string guitars, 6- & 12-string baritone guitars, 4 & 5-string fretted & fretless basses, and the D-1 Mandolin. Veillette Guitars are hand-made in Woodstock, NY, by Joe Veillette. A co-founder in the 1970s of Veillette-Citron Guitars, a former partner of Stuart Spector and maker of the Veillette "Shark" Electric Baritone Guitar, Joe Veillette was co-designer with Michael Tobias of the Alvarez Avante series of acoustic guitars, baritone guitars and basses, and is also the designer of the ³Deep Six² line of baritone guitars, bolt-on baritone conversion necks and ³Deep Six Plus² 7-string guitars marketed by WD Products.
